Placing the Order

Once you have chosen your headdress you can either call me to place your order or send an email to elegancedesigns@f2s.com stating the name of your chosen design/s plus details of any changes you require¹ such as crystal colour or headband metal (gold or silver plate). Please also include your contact and delivery details in case there are any queries².

Payment & Delivery

Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation with payment instructions³. Please allow 4 weeks4 for your headdress to be made and sent to you – if you have an urgent order please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Postage & Packing

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all of our deliveries – please refer to the P&P table below for our delivery charges:

¹ Amendments to displayed designs are restricted to changes to crystal/pearl colour, wire colour (gold or silver plate) and/or headband colour (gold or silver plate) – please refer to Colour Swatch for available colours. For a different design to those displayed please refer to the Bespoke Service
² Please be assured that your details will not be shared with any third parties.
³ Payments to be made by either PayPal, cheque or postal order within 10 days of the date on our confirmation to you. We will send a receipt of payment when monies have cleared.
4 Please allow 4 weeks for your headdress to be made from date of receipt of payment.
